Caitlyn Harris was raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and attended Louisiana State University. She received a Bachelor of Science in political science in 2018. Upon graduation, Caitlyn moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she attended Belmont University College of Law.
During her time in law school, Caitlyn worked with the Southern Higher Education in Prison Collective to create a comprehensive guide to the parole hearing process in Tennessee. The guide she created will be used to educate not only those individuals seeking parole but also attorneys seeking to represent those individuals on a pro bono basis. Her goal for this guide was to inform individuals of their rights and prepare them for re-entering society.
In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and cats. She also enjoys embracing her creative side through pottery and woodworking.
