Melissa Dinkel joined Advocacy Trust in October 2024 as the Operations Manager. Whether internal or external, serving the client is a top priority for Melissa, and her approach is to "treat others as you would want to be treated."

Melissa worked for a local newspaper for over 8 years in the Classified and Pre-Press areas before beginning her career in the trust industry as an operations assistant for Paragon Bank & Trust. Over 18 years with the bank, she gained a wealth of knowledge of operations. She developed a love of finding efficiencies and solidifying processes. Melissa then spent almost 11 years at Accutech Systems; the first two were as a Relationship Manager and the remaining as the Manager of the Business Process Outsourcing Team. While managing the outsourcing team, she oversaw the department's growth of over 900%.

Born and raised in the Zeeland, Michigan area, Melissa has two sons, Alex and Jace, and an adorable mini Bernadoodle named Wrigley. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, reading, crocheting blankets, and volunteering at the local humane society.
